What we export

Fresh Egyptian fruit through the year — plus Sinava olive oil in bulk or under your own label.

Container options

Sea freight in refrigerated containers from Egyptian ports — or air freight when time on the shelf matters most.

  • 40′ reefer container

    ≈ 20 pallets

Our standard load for fresh fruit: typically 18–26 tonnes net depending on product and packing, with temperature and ventilation set for the cargo.

  • 20′ reefer container

    ≈ 10 pallets

For trial orders and smaller markets: roughly 9–12 tonnes net, with the same grading, packing and cold chain.

  • Mixed container

    Compatible products

Combine products that travel at the same temperature — oranges with mandarins, for example, or pomegranates with dates — in one reefer.

  • Air freight

    Samples & urgent lots

For samples, fresh strawberries and ready-to-eat mangoes, when speed matters more than cost.

Trade terms

Clear terms for every shipment, agreed in writing before we pack.

Incoterms

  • FOB — loaded on board at an Egyptian port; you arrange the freight
  • CFR — we book the freight to your port of discharge
  • CIF — freight plus cargo insurance to your port

Ports of loading

  • Bill of lading (or air waybill)
  • Phytosanitary certificate
  • Certificate of origin
  • Temperature record for reefer shipments

Export questions

What importers usually ask before their first container.

What is your minimum order?

Usually one 20′ or 40′ reefer container per shipment. We can combine compatible products in a mixed container, and send samples or small lots by air.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

FOB from an Egyptian port, or CFR and CIF to your destination port. Tell us your port of discharge and we include the freight in the offer.

Which ports do you ship from?

Alexandria, Damietta and Port Said on the Mediterranean, and Ain Sokhna on the Red Sea — whichever suits your route and sailing schedule.

How are export prices set?

Fresh fruit is quoted per container for each shipment. The price depends on the variety, size, packing, season, Incoterm and destination, so send us your specification and we reply with a written offer.

What documents come with a shipment?

A commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin, plus the temperature record for reefer containers. Tell us about anything else your market requires.

Can you pack under our brand?

Yes. We can print your brand and labels on fruit cartons, and bottle Sinava olive oil under your own label.

How do you keep fruit fresh on the voyage?

Fruit is harvested to order, graded and packed, then pre-cooled before loading. Each container is set to the right temperature and ventilation for its cargo, and cold treatment is available for markets that require it.

When is each fruit available?

Citrus from November to July, grapes from May to August, mangoes from July to October, pomegranates and fresh dates from late summer, and fresh strawberries in winter. Frozen strawberries and semi-dry dates ship all year.

How do I request a quote?

Use the container request form on this page, or message our export team on WhatsApp at +20 106 403 8497 with the product, quantity, destination port and shipment date.

Can I buy fruit from you inside Egypt?

Our fresh fruit is sold for export. Inside Egypt we sell Sinava extra virgin olive oil online with cash on delivery, and businesses can ask about wholesale supply.
