These terms apply to your use of the Try-H-Go website and to every order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy also apply and form part of these terms.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including size and — where known — origin, variety and acidity. Olive oil is a natural product, so its colour, aroma and taste can vary slightly from batch to batch and from one season to the next. Photos and illustrations are for guidance.

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include VAT where it applies.
• Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout and added to your order total.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
• If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or remove it from your order. You never pay for items we cannot deliver.

When you place an order, you receive an order number. This confirms that we have received your order — not yet that we have accepted it.

We confirm orders by calling or messaging you on the mobile number you gave us. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you and prepared it for shipping.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if the order details appear incorrect or fraudulent, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Orders are paid in cash on delivery. The amount due is the order total shown at checkout and in your confirmation, including delivery. Please do not pay the courier any amount other than your order total.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Please keep your details up to date so we can deliver your orders.

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and to place genuine orders.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Do not copy or reuse our content, photos or branding without our permission.

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are safe to eat. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or disruption to transport.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts. We will always try to resolve any problem with you directly first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
