Egyptian Pomegranates
Wonderful and Manfalouty pomegranates from Upper Egypt, packed in 3.5–5 kg cartons and shipped by reefer container from August to December.
The dry heat of Upper Egypt grows pomegranates with deep-red, juicy arils. Wonderful is the international export favourite; Manfalouty, named after the town of Manfalut in Assiut, is Egypt’s classic sweet variety.
Fruit is graded by weight and count per carton, carefully packed to protect the crown, and cooled before loading.
