Egypt’s warm spring brings its grapes to market early, often weeks before other Northern Hemisphere suppliers — a valuable window for importers in Europe, the Gulf and Asia.
Bunches are harvested at the right sugar level, trimmed and graded by berry size, packed with liners and SO₂ pads, and cooled close to 0 °C straight after packing.
