Sinava Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sinava is Try-H-Go’s own extra virgin olive oil, extracted cold from Egyptian olives and bottled in a 1-litre bottle for the family table. It is made only by crushing the olives and separating the oil mechanically — no heat and no solvents, never refined and never blended with other oils.

Use it every day: over salads, foul and hummus, for dipping bread, to finish grilled fish and vegetables, and for everyday cooking. Keep it in a cool, dark cupboard and close the cap after each use.
