Yes, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tell us what you would like to change. Once an order is on its way it can no longer be changed.

Please check your order when it arrives — you can refuse a damaged or leaking bottle at the door and you will not pay for it. If you notice a problem after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace the bottle or refund it.

Sealed Sinava olive oil can be returned unopened, in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

Yes — fresh Egyptian fruit is our export business. We ship citrus, grapes, pomegranates, mangoes, strawberries and dates in 20′ and 40′ reefer containers, FOB, CFR or CIF. Message us on WhatsApp for a container quote.

Sinava is our own olive oil. It is extra virgin — the highest grade of olive oil: extracted mechanically, without heat or chemicals, with a free acidity of no more than 0.8% and no taste defects.

Keep it in a cool, dark cupboard away from the stove, and close the cap after each use. Once opened, it tastes best within about two to three months. There is no need to refrigerate it.
